Epoxy Injection Gel Cartridge System

This is an example of an Adhesive Anchor. These anchors give the benefit of higher load capacities for applications such as highway and bridge construction. They can be used with a variety of rod materials, are stress free, the anchor hole is sealed for weather resistance and they provide good dynamic and shock load performance.

	Power-Fast™ Cartridges -EICGS These cartridges are designed for use in anchoring threaded rods, bolts, reinforcing bars and smooth dowels to solid masonry material. They are also used for hollow masonry applications using a stainless steel screen. The cartridge contains amine based epoxy injection gel which meets ASTM C-881 specifications. With no objectionable odor, the cartridges feature good moisture and chemical resistance.
Cartridge System Nozzles -EICGS Power-Fast™ Cartridges EICGS These cartridges are designed for use in anchoring threaded rods, bolts, reinforcing bars and smooth dowels to solid masonry material. They are also used for hollow masonry applications using a stainless steel screen. The cartridge contains amine based epoxy injection gel which meets ASTM C-881 specifications. With no objectionable odor, the cartridges feature good moisture and chemical resistance. To insure complete and proper mixing of the epoxy components, the Power-FastT™ cartridge system uses this special mixing nozzle. As the components are pumped through the nozzle they are thoroughly mixed. Available in three sizes: 1/2" for larger holes, 3/8" full size, and 3/8" tapered for smaller holes.
	Screen Tubes -SSST These screen tubes dispense epoxy gel evenly into masonry hollow base material. Available in diameters from 1/4" to 3/4' and lengths from 2" to 21". Available in Stainless Steel and Plastic.
CSIT Designed to dispense epoxy gel from either pneumatic or manual tool systems, aluminum cylinders house epoxy cartridges and allow maximum pressure to be applied. Recommended for dispensing gel in colder temperatures.
