Taper Pins

Taper Pins

For use as an aid in hole alignment, taper pins are made of steel, with 18-8 stainless steel available upon request. The standard taper is 1/4" per foot. Stocked in diameters from 1/16" to 23/32" and lengths from 1/2" to 7". Assortments available.

Threaded Taper Pins        

Made of low carbon steel C-12L14 machined to a 63 micro-finish (max.), these standard threaded taper pins have a tolerance of +.0013/.-0007 on the major diameter. The standard taper is 1/4" per foot or 0.0208" per inch. The pins are threaded on large end to allow removal by tightening down nut. Also stocked in stainless steel.
