Top Lock Nuts Grade C
Designed to maintain clamp load in temperatures up to 450°F, the top
of these nuts are crimped to create a locking zone. They meet IFI standards
100, 101, 106, 107 and 108 and ANSI standards B18.16.1M, B18.16.2M and
B18.16.3M, and can be used with higher carbon and alloy steel bolts and
studs. Available in coarse and fine threads. Stocked in diameters from
1/4" to 1".

Reversible Lock Nuts
Also called center lock nuts, these nuts are ideal for production. They
lock to the mating part with deflected threads in the center of the nut.
This saves on screw length, because threads need not protrude from the
nut to lock securely. Use a grade A nut with a grade 2 bolt and a grade
B nut with a grade 5 bolt. Stocked in diameters from #6 to 1".

Collar Lock Nuts Grade C
Collar lock nuts are formed from medium carbon, heat-treated steel. Designed
to be used with a grade 8 bolt, they are stocked in both fine and coarse thread.
Zinc plating is standard, and other platings are available upon request. Sizes
for collar lock nuts range from 1 1/8" to 2 1/2". Thin collar lock nuts are
also available in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1 1/2".

Spin Lock Nuts
A flange provides a large bearing surface and also acts as a washer for these
nuts. Locking action is provided by serrations on the flange bottom. They
are made of steel or stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. Stocked
in coarse and fine threads in sizes from #6 to 3/4".
