We stock a complete line of dies in both American and Metric sizes. Dies are used specifically for threading a piece of smooth steel with corresponding die stock. After inserting the die into the die stock, turn the stock to cut threads to the desired thread length.

These dies are designed to rethread already existing, damaged, jammed, or dirty threads. They are not intended for producing new threads on unthreaded bars, bolts, or pipes. Dies are same sizes as standard hex nuts. Diameters from #4 to 4".

Also known as Die Holders these heavy duty Die Stocks are designed to hold round adjustable dies of any construction in a one-screw (shown) and a three-screw type. Stocked in Die sizes 1", 1 1/2", 2 and 2 1/2".
Made from high speed steel, these dies require no special holder or die stock to cut threads or re-thread existing ones. Any wrench can be used to operate this die. Available in thread sizes 1/4" to 2".
