Flat Washers

Standard Flat Washers

U.S. Standard (USS) and Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) washers are stocked in plain and zinc plated finishes. The USS O.D., I.D. and thickness specifications are generally larger and thicker than SAE specifications. We offer a wide selection of USS and SAE washers in a variety of standard and exotic materials. If a standard washer does not meet your requirements, we can provide special dimension washers. High Strength Heat Treated Flat Washers

Also known as 'Mil-Carb', these washers should be specified wherever high-strength hardened steel bolts are used. Fabricated from prime quality medium carbon steel. Through hardened (quenched and tempered) R/C 38-45 available from 1/4 - 2".

A-325 Flat Washers (F-436)

For use with A-325 structural heavy hex head bolts and A-490 structural heavy hex head bolts, these washers meet ASTM F-436 specifications. Plain and hot dipped galvanized finishes available. Stocked in diameters from 1/2" to 1 1/2".

Thick Flat Washers

For use when extra thickness is needed or to reduce the risk of 'cupping'. These custom produced, Extra Thick Flat Washers come in various sizes from 1/4" to 1" bolt size. Standard USS & SAE, I.D./O.D. dimensions, but thickness range from 3/16" to 1/4".
